Modern B2B Website & Sales Flow
A working Selko portfolio demo for a fictional real estate agency, showing how a modern website can route seller, buyer, and valuation intent into clearer lead context.
Open live demoChallenge
Many service businesses rely on brochure-style websites where every visitor is pushed to the same generic contact form. For a real estate agency, seller leads, buyer questions, and valuation requests then arrive with too little context for a focused first conversation.
Approach
Build a fictional modern real estate landing page around intent-based paths: selling, valuation, buying, and unsure visitors. Use clear CTA hierarchy, process framing, and trust content so each path leads to a practical next step. Highlight the business-owner POV with a before/after lead-quality contrast: generic inbound messages versus structured lead context that includes intent, timeline, and preferred contact path. Implement the demo as a locale-routed Next.js App Router page with typed data, scoped Tailwind components, responsive layout polish, and lightweight accessible intent selection.
Outcome
A working portfolio demo that shows how better website architecture and UX can improve first-contact quality for service businesses, without claiming measured conversion or revenue results.
